We've attempted here to provide answers to many of the most frequently asked questions about our company & products.
I Need Some Help Here!If you have a specific question that is not addressed below, please call us or send us an email and one of our helpful & qualified team members will be happy to immediately (or promptly) assist you.

Q:  How do I get a quotation or place an order?

A:  Simply go to our Request for Quote page and fill it out.  Put your design criteria into the bottom.  If you prefer, call us at 843.546.7400 and ask to speak with a EnviroSep Sales Engineer.

Q:  Who can I contact with questions?

A:  If you have questions, or would like help getting a quotation, you can find our phone numbers and email addresses on our Contact Information page.

Q:  Where have EnviroSep Systems been used?

A:  EnviroSep’s systems have been installed in Universities, Schools & Institutions and all sort of manufacturing facilities – anywhere pumps, heat exchangers or piping is found.  Our systems have been installed in all 50 states and all over the globe.  We specialize in complex systems that require detailed engineering and very easy start-up.

Q:  Can you show me some examples of systems?

A:  Please see our main Products Page for examples of our systems.

Q:  What is a Packaged or Modular System?

A:  A Packaged System is simply an all inclusive system; one that has arrives to your site already designed, assembled and tested.  EnviroSep’s packaged systems are individually designed and fabricated in a controlled factory environment set up to your exact specifications.  Since they are built in a factory, they are built by our quality mechanics and completely tested prior to leaving our site.  When the system reaches you, you or your contractor simply bolts it down and pipes it up; you already know it will work!
A Modular System is simply a Packaged System that is too big to build on a single skid.  Instead, it is designed and built on multiple skids.  Once it arrives on site, it is the same as the Packaged System.  It is set in place, bolted together and connected to the necessary piping.  Startup usually involves simply turning it on.

Q:  What is the advantage of a Packaged System vs. a Site-Built System?

A:  A Packaged System usually can be built for a lower cost.  In new construction situations, the Packaged System can be engineered and fabricated ahead of time and tested prior to arrival on site.  Since all the work is done in our factory, we control both the cost and the quality of labor.

Q:  How is an EnviroSep Packaged System better than an “off-the-shelf” Packaged System?

A:  Usually when an “off-the-shelf” system is purchased, you are forced to make compromises; the system will not be the exact pressure, temperature, flow rate, size, price, etc.  Since EnviroSep designs each system for the exact application, the system will exactly meet your needs.  Special requirement (high pressure, exact sizing, high temperature) are not a problem, because all of our systems are designed exactly as required.

Q:  How does a Packaged System benefit a Contractor?

A:  Contractors prefer our systems for a variety of reasons.  Some Contractors like the fact that we handle the design of the system.  (They might not be qualified to perform design work.)  Since we design systems every day, we understand the design issues and regulations.
Some Contractors find that our systems save them time.  Since the system can be built and tested before the necessary infrastructure is in place; when the Packaged System arrives, the Contractor simply places it in the building and hooks it up.  This can greatly shorten the overall project time.
In many cases, we can also build the system for a lowered cost than the contractor can.  Since we have both economy of scale on materials and a controlled labor environment, we can beat Site-built systems on price.

Q:  Do you sell parts/ is EnviroSep a parts distributor?

A:  Although we do sell parts for the equipment we sell, EnviroSep is not a parts distributor.  Our focus is Packaged and Modular Systems.

Q:  Where is EnviroSep located?

A:  EnviroSep’s main office is in Georgetown, South Carolina.  Please see our Contact Info. page for maps or directions.
