  OVERVIEW:

  • Manufacturing firm in Georgetown County, South Carolina seeks highly motivated Electrical Engineer w/ 5+ yrs experience (PE preferred)
  • Position requires design, layout, and engineering of Electrical Control Panels for Integrated, Mechanical/Electrical Process Fluids Handling and Heat Transfer equipment
  • Perform PLC programming, various protocols, and prepare AutoCAD Wiring Schematics, Panel Layout Drawings, and Logic Diagrams; Perform Industrial PLC/PC Networking;
  • Ideal candidate will also have knowledge of flow control and fluid handling systems, heat transfer and packaged pumping systems
  • Hands-on Start-up and Validation of equipment with moderate travel
  • Provide technical Oversight of electrical manufacturing
  • Interact with Sales personnel and Clients in Quotation preparation, conceptual design, and Customer Service
  • Strong written communication skills required for preparation of technical documents

• Assist Project Electrical Engineer in Hands-on Start-up and Testing of Industrial Process and HVAC Control Panels and Instrumentation, for Integrated Mechanical/Electrical process Fluids Handling and Heat Transfer Systems
• Interpret and analyze Process Instrumentation Diagrams for Industrial Control Panels and systems; Assist in preparation of project technical documentation
• Prefer experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and Industrial Networking;
• Prefer familiarity with AutoCad
• Prepare quotations and costing for process control systems
• Moderate travel to Client’s site to perform Start-up and Troubleshooting of equipment
• Interact with Sales personnel and directly with Clients for customer service;
