textile dyeing and finishing plant was periodically exceeding their
permitted wastewater color level of 200 ADMI units. Several technologies
and methods of color removal wer evaluated through pilot testing at
the plant site.
An EnviroSep
Fluid Recovery System was determined as the most attractive system because
of all available methods of color removal. The system is the only system
that generated a payback.
This payback
is due to the ability to reuse 85% of the wastewater as process water.
